Advice Service Survey 2026

Melling Parish Council has the opportunity to offer the services set out in the table below to Melling residents by making a contribution towards the cost of the existing advice centre in Maghull to enable it to extend it’s service provision to Melling Residents. The services provided at the advice centre are set out in the table below:

We would appreciate it if you could take the time to answer the following questions for us:

1.     Bearing in mind that accessing these services will require you to travel to Maghull do you think you would use it?      YES / NO

2.     The cost of the service will be a total of £2,500 per year which is approximately £1.60 per household per year. Do you think that this represents good value for money for Melling residents?                                                                          YES  / NO
